JUNIOR PLEDGE OF EXCELLENCE

Golf is a game of honesty and goodwill concerning my conduct and other players’ conduct. I understand that for my enjoyment and that of others, my golfing conduct should reflect honorable behavior. I understand that improper behavior and actions will mean disqualification from league play or tournament play. Furthermore, I acknowledge that repeated or severe breach of the rules will mean suspension for the remainder of the season.

Examples of Violations:
1. Damage to greens or other golf course property
2. Throwing clubs or other equipment
3. Poor Sportsmanship
4. Disruptive behavior /attitudes
5. Obscene or vulgar language
6. Gambling

I understand that being part of the Junior Program at Fox Hills is a privilege and I agree to abide by the rules as they have been communicated to me.

All Fox Hills Staff have the right to ask a junior golfer to leave for improper conduct. The infraction will than be turned over to the Director or Assistant Director of Golf for final judgment on the infraction.

PARENTAL STATEMENT

I the parent or legal guardians of the above named of junior player give my permission for my child to play at Fox Hills for the 2010 season and absolve Fox Hills of any injury my child may incur by virtue of his/her participation in the Junior Program. I further agree to reimburse Fox Hills for any damages caused by my child to any golf course property.
