Fox Classic

Rustic, warm, and full of character. Built in 1927, the Fox Classic is an original log-cabin venue with a large stone fireplace, original wood logs, and a covered patio. This unique location is ideal for intimate-to-mid-size weddings, accommodating up to 175 guests.

Summerhouse

An outdoor celebration that still delivers the comforts and amenities of an indoor venue. Summerhouse is designed for dining and dancing under the stars, with your nearby ceremony located beneath a large cottonwood tree. This outdoor wedding venue is equipped with siding to protect against the elements and can accommodate up to 300 guests.

Each venue offers a designated, private ceremony location with natural scenery that photographs beautifully. Golden Fox offers a gazebo surrounded by lush landscaping, the Summerhouse pergola is situated with views of the water, and the Fox Classic course site features a wooden arch surrounded by an expansive golf course.

Cuisine and bar that guests talk about

Food is a centerpiece here. Wedding packages include tray-passed hors d’oeuvres, five hours of continuous open bar service, and flexible dining formats that can match your vision. Fox Hills uniquely offers your choice between a plated dinner, buffet meal service or strolling stations. You are welcome to provide a custom Cutting Cake by a licensed and insured bakery.

Enhancements are available to add personality and late-night energy, including options like an ice cream sundae bar, s’mores station, mini hot dogs, sliders and pizza - of course!

Planning support that keeps things calm

You will work alongside a dedicated wedding salesperson throughout the planning process, keeping details organized and decisions clear. An attentive Food & Beverage Manager will be assigned to your wedding in order to support the flow of the evening so you can stay present with your people.

Fox Hills Golf & Banquet Center offers onsite ceremony locations, a culinary experience that guests will rave about, and a dedicated team that helps couples create a celebration that feels personal and seamless. How do we check availability and pricing?

Pricing can be found within the Wedding Menu(pages 2-4); please contact one of our sales managers to discuss availability.

Can we schedule a tour, and are virtual tours available? 

Tours are offered Monday-Friday and Saturdays 9am-2pm, in-person or virtual; please contact one of our sales managers to discuss availability.

Will a dedicated event manager be on-site the day of the wedding?

Yes, there is a Food & Beverage Manager assigned to each wedding.

What level of planning support is included before the wedding day? 

We will be available along the way to answer questions and provide support; a two-month Detail Meeting will outline your timeline, food selections, bar packages, room layout and overview of ceremony plans.

Can we also host our rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, or other celebrations at your venue?

Yes, we would be honored to also host your social event!

Do couples have to be a member to host a wedding?

No, we are actually a public facility and memberships are not available/required.

What is your maximum guest capacity? 

Fox Classic: 175, Golden Fox: 350, Summerhouse: 300

Do you have indoor and outdoor ceremony options? 

Yes! There are both indoor and outdoor options available, depending on the time of year. There are indoor provisions in case of inclement weather.

Do you provide private spaces for the wedding party to get ready? 

There is a bridal suite included at each venue; you are welcome to use this space however you best see fit for you and your bridal party.

What is included in your wedding package(s)? 

Packages include food, bar, linens, tables, chairs, and other amenities. Please see page 3 in the Wedding Menu for full list of package inclusions.

Do you have a minimum guest count or food and beverage spend requirement? 

Yes, there is a revenue minimum in place depending on the day of the week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and venue (Fox Classic, Golden Fox, Summerhouse). Please see page 3 in Wedding Menu.

Are there venue rental or facility fees (separate from food and beverage)? 

Yes, there is a room rental depending on the venue (ranging from $750-$2,000). Please page 2 in the Wedding Menu.

How customizable is the wedding experience at your venue? 

While our packages offer great inclusions, we love to see our couples personalize their day with custom signature drinks, added late night snacks and their own personal décor!

Can we bring in cultural, religious, or non-traditional ceremony elements? 

Yes, you are welcome to personalize your ceremony to your choosing!

Do you provide full catering and bar service? 

Yes, our packages include your choice of meal service, two hors d'oeuvres and a five-hour bar!

Are outside caterers or outside alcohol allowed? 

We allow outside food provided by a licensed and insured caterer for cultural/religious reasons - please contact a salesperson for more information.

Does the package include tastings? 

Yes, we host a Group Wedding Tasting once per year (held in the off season) to offer a selection of our menu items. This is only available after booking your wedding.

Can liquor be removed from the wedding package? 

Yes, you may choose to remove the liquor portion of the package for a $10 per person discount on the package price (note: revenue minimums still apply).

Can menus be customized for dietary restrictions or preferences? 

Yes, we can absolutely customize menu items to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Can we offer specialty cocktails or champagne toasts? 

Yes, you may create a signature drink or choose one from our list of Elevated Signature Drinks. Champagne is in included in the package for your head table, or you may choose to add a Champagne Toast for All.

Are outside vendors (florists, photographers, DJs) permitted? 

Yes, all vendors should be booked directly by yourselves according to your preference.

Do you have a list of preferred or required vendors? 

We do have a list of Preferred Vendors; you are not required to book these vendors, but we have them available for your consideration.

What is your policy for inclement weather or weather-related changes?

If you have reserved an outdoor space for a portion of your event,  please discuss a back up plan with your salesperson in advanced.

Is there an event end time or noise/curfew policy? 

Yes, end times are set in place based on the six-hour reception and they differ by venue. Please see Wedding Menu page 4 for full details.

How long do we have access to the venue on our wedding day? 

Room Access for set up is dependent upon the venue. Please see Wedding Menu page 4 for full details.

Are there options to extend the event time? 

Yes, you may choose to extend the reception for an additional half hour for a $250 room rental charge.

Is on-site parking available, and is valet offered? 

Free Parking is conveniently located just outside of each venue. Valet service is available for an additional cost.

Are your facilities accessible to guests with disabilities?

Yes, all our venues are handicap accessible.

Do you offer accommodations for guests (e.g., hotel blocks, shuttle options)? 

We do not have rooms onsite but there are three local hotels that offer shuttle service.

Are there quiet or lounge areas for guests who need a break from the reception? 

There are lobby or foyer areas that may provide guests with a quiet area, depending on the venue. 

Do you provide furniture, linens, tableware, and centerpieces? 

Tables, Chairs, Linens, Silverware, Glassware are included in the package.  Please see page 3 in Wedding Menu.

Are there additional chairs or décor options available (e.g., Chiavari chairs)? 

Yes! We would be happy to discuss custom fabric linens, chiavari chairs, charger plates, etc.

Do you have audio/AV capabilities for music and microphones? 

While we do have in-house sound, please plan for your hired DJ or Emcee to provide their own equipment.

What additional enhancements can be added to a wedding (e.g., extended hours, cocktail enhancements)? 

We offer a variety of enhancements like outdoor games, specialty cocktails, planning expertise and much more! We would love to discuss your vision and offer suggestions or recommendations based on what best fits your needs!
